Join CapPlus for a special 1-day pre-conference workshop on Building the Strength of Middle Managers– An Underdeveloped and Poorly Appreciated Component of Business Success.

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will have an overview plan for building or strengthening their institution’s middle manager development program. They will be prepared to make the case for middle management development to senior executives, and they will have an outline of ideas to continue collaborating with their colleagues on designing, developing and delivering middle manager development. They will also have an initial competency profile for mid-level managers in their institutions, to be reviewed with colleagues and tested against middle manager performance.
